Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Reset approximately 650 square feet of precast concrete pavers in the bus loading areas of the BAT Center. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Requests for approved equals, requests for clarification and questions must be received by BAT in writing via email no later than Wednesday, May 31,2023 at 2:00 PM. Email iwhittemore@ridebat.com. Delivery of all questions and requests is the responsibility ofthe proposer BAT is requesting quotes from qualified firms to remove, reset and/or replace existing precast concrete pavers at the bus loading areas of the BAT Center to specifications, including all labor and materials. The contractor will obtain all required permits from the City ofBrockton and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and will provide properly qualified and licensed persons required to complete the work of this project Rework the 13 approximately 50 square foot trapezoid shaped curb cuts at each of the loading docks. o Remove the existing pavers. o Add or remove base material to make pavers level with the curb and bus pad as originally designed. o Return the pavers to their originally installed positions, in the same pattern, replacing broken pavers with reclaimed pavers supplied by BAT. o Ensure daily clean-up and proper disposal ofbroken pavers and trash generated. o Work must be completed by June 28, 2023.
