Haggerty School Plaza Renovation and Caulking - Sub Project Description: Restoration of the front entry plaza topping slabs, low brick walls, stairs facing Cushing Street. Demolish all concrete stairs and flat topping slabs. Install new waterproofing membrane where needed and new concrete stairs and topping slab. Remove and reinstall existing galvanized steel handrails and existing galvanized bicycle racks as shown on the drawings. The successful general bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material (Payment) Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum.
