SCOPE OF WORK A design for the installation of an exterior perimeter footing drain system. The footing and foundation wall will be waterproofed. This will include the installation of 2 sump pits with pumps, the connecting drainage system, and the electrical wiring supply. The design for the installation must meet 2022 building NYS Building Codes, be DEC compliant and must meet manufacturing standards. At the completion of the project, topsoil, grass seed, and straw will be place down after back filling the foundation. REQUIREMENTS: *A work schedule must be provided prior to work starting. (If applicable. Time frames of when the home will be without power) *All workers will enter and exit through the basement stair well. *All materials and debris will enter and exit through the basement stair well. *The work area must be clean of all tripping hazards before the end of the workday * If applicable, the fire alarm system must be in test during the work time, alarm will be reactivated at the end of the workday.
