This contract is for the construction of 560 Square Yards (SY) of new concrete sidewalk along S. Main Street (SR 1579) from Mansfield Road to south of Shaw Street in Broadway, Lee County, North Carolina. The work shall include, but not be limited to, grading, sidewalk, driveway connections, erosion control, and traffic control. All work shall include labor, materials, supervision, and equipment. Each proposal must be made on the blank forms provided in the bound copies of "CONTRACT AND SPECIFICATIONS" and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to Town of Broadway, Town Manager, attention Mr. Eddie Thomas, 103 N. Main Street, Broadway, NC. The name, address and license number of the bidder must be plainly written on the outside of the envelope, and the envelope marked plainly with the contract name and number.
