Site work for a water / sewer project in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves repairs, modifications, and painting of a 1,500,000-gallon composite water storage tank. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Neenah Water Utility reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the City of Neenah Water Utility at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Neenah Water Utility equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the City of Neenah Water Utility as liquidated damages. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 20, 2023 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There will be no prebid meeting.
