The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Michigan licensed electrical services firm to provide scheduled preventative maintenance and cleaning of the Ann Arbor WWTP electrical equipment. Duration: 2 years Option: 1 two year extension Question Acceptance Deadline : 06/16/2023 10:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online : No Meeting info : Failure to attend the meeting and sign the RFP #23-33 sign-in sheet at the pre-proposal meeting will automatically disqualify an offeror from submitting a valid proposal. Any proposal submitted by a party not attending and signing the roster at the pre-proposal meeting will not be opened or considered. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The pre-proposal meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the RFP will be affirmed in an addendum.
