Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 2,900 linear feet of pavement preservation on West Lak e Sammamish Parkway , including but not limited to pavement grinding, full depth HMA repair, HM A paving, traffic signal loop replacement, striping, storm drain and manhole frame and grate/cover replacement, traffic control, and other work necessary to complete the Project. Engineers Estimate for this work is $1,400,000 to $1,750,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less tha n five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. Small , minority and women owned business are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. T he City reserves the right to reject any and al l bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or i n the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
