The City of Champaign (City) invites your firm to submit a Letter of Interest to provide the City with professional engineering services for Downtown Champaign Transportation Projects. The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City Administrative Policy 2.08). Professional services will include the preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents. The overall project is made up of four (4) distinct location and goals: Park Avenue from Randolph Street to Neil Street Taylor Street Alley Reconstruction Taylor Street Plaza Streetscape Neil Street Corridor Conceptual Planning The design phase is anticipated to begin in September 2023 with a local letting of the first construction projects in March 2025. The City will review all Letters of Interest and select firms who best meet the City's requirements for an interview.
