Bid Security: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check. If the Bidder withdraws a bid within sixty (60) days after the opening date, without consent of the Owner or fails to execute a satisfactory contract within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance, the Owner may declare the Bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. Bonds: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum.
