As of December 5, 2024, this is a sources-sought notice that is used by the owner for market research survey information only. At this time, it is not known if a solicitation has been issued. ........... This is a Sources Sought Announcement, seeking responses to identify interested parties for potential participation in an upcoming acquisition. The Infrastructure Flight of 14 Contracting Squadron (14 CONS) at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) intends to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) design-build (D-B) contract to provide all non-personal services to include labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to REPAIR GUARD SHACK BALLISTIC GLASS at the MAIN & SOUTH GATES at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The designated NAICS code is 238150, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Contractor shall provide replacement windows and door glazing to be done to ensure all windows and doors are adequate for ballistic resistance against Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 752 Level 3 glass and frames in 2 ECP offices, 4 ECP guard shacks, and 1 vehicle inspection office. In addition, the Contractor shall repair water damaged drywall and repaint all walls in both the Vehicle Inspection Office and the East ECP Office. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
