Overaa & Co. is the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL). This Project is for a New Facility at the same location as former Building 54 and for specific Transit Hub and Utility Project Scope elements collectively called Later THUP. Scope of New Facility (SSM B) and Later Transit Hub and Utilities (Later THUP) includes but is not limited to: Work to build new LEED Gold Facility with cafeteria, conference rooms, patio, medical clinic, badging office, site improvements including refurbished and new vehicle access and drop off, a new pedestrian entry plaza and related sidewalks, ramps and site stairs, new and reconfigured accessible parking spaces, and new shuttle bus shelter.
