Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of St. John is accepting bids to overlay St. John Industrial (See attached map showing highlighted area to be milled and overlaid) (total project approximately 1,595 s.y.) with three (3") inches compacted HMA (1" wedge course; 2" driving mat). HMA will be paid in tons, which price will include preparation, tack coat, and other necessary incidentals including but not limited to adjusting manhole covers. The City will employ its own manpower and resources to remove and replace concrete and asphalt curbing if necessary. Performance and payment bonds shall be required. Bidders are advised to pay close attention to the mix design and submittal requirements of this project. No work will be allowed until the mix design has been submitted and approved by the City.
