RFB NO: 2023-102 REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) ON: 2023 SURFACE TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCIES OF: LOMBARD and HINSDALE Scope of Work: includes: the application of a preservative rejuvenating agent on approximately 282,000 square yards at various locations throughout the Villages of Lombard and Hinsdale. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified orCashier's Check made payable to the Village of Lombard,for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Thesuccessful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performancebond and a contract bond in the full amount of the bid. All work under this contract shall comply with the provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01). Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90)days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS OR PARTS THEREOF, TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES OR INFORMALITIES IN BID PROCEDURES AND TO AWARD THE CONTRACT IN A MANNER BEST SERVING THE INTEREST OF THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCIES.
