The Contractor warrants that the Contractor is authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Michigan and is qualified to perform the Services in this Contract. 3.02 If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the extent and character of the services to be performed, the interpretation and determination of the County governs. 3.03 The services include all conferences and consultation deemed necessary by the County to properly and fully perform the services. 3.04 All services are subject to review and approval of the County for completeness and fulfillment of the requirements of this Contract.
