Reference Number:0000321355 The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Yorktown. Removal of old fencing and debris. Purchase and installation of protective fencing at the Granite Knolls Sports and Recreation Facility. The contractor, upon award of the contract, shall provide at its own cost and expense the following insurance to the Town from insurance companies licensed in the State of New York, carrying a Best’s financial rating of “A” or better, which insurance shall be evidenced by certificates and/or policies as determined by the Town. Any request for information or interpretation and/or clarification of the Bid Documents must be addressed in writing to Diana Quast, Yorktown Town Clerk, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Height, NY 10598.
