Ulla ES, Salisbury HS, & West Rowan HS as described below: Hurley ES - Existing duct and coil cleaning. School has an area of 66,871 square feet. 625 Hurley School Road, Salisbury, NC 28147. Koontz ES - Existing duct and coil cleaning. School has an area of 72,404 square feet. 685 E. Richie Road, Salisbury, NC 28146. Mt. Ulla ES - Existing duct and coil cleaning. School has an area of 48,071 square feet. 13155 NC Highway 801, Mt. Ulla, NC 28125. Salisbury HS - Existing duct and coil cleaning. School has an area of 166,016 square feet. 500 Lincolnton Road, Salisbury, NC 28144. West Rowan HS - Existing duct and coil cleaning. School has an area of 156,858 square feet. 8050 NC Highway 801, Mt. Ulla, NC 28125. This project is federally funded through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund) and is subject to the Davis Bacon General Wage requirements. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of the contract are required. No bid may be withdrawn after receipt of Bids for a period of sixty-one (61) calendar days The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept any bid submitted, to waive any formalities and negotiate with the low Bidder or Bidders any changes considered necessary or desirable.
