To supply all labour, material, and equipment and to do all work necessary to construct the Work as described and specified within the tender document to complete Victoria Rd, Lunenburg resurfacing and water main renewal in 2023. Questions with respect to the technical aspects of the Contract Documents must be in writing and addressed to Adam Sketchley, P. Eng, adam.sketchley@designpoint.ca The Contractor shall provide to the owner within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of the Tender a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond each in the amount of 50% of the Estimated Contract Price. Provide tender security in the minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of total price including HST. Provide security with tender in the form of a certified cheque or money order payable to the Owner, a bid bond on CCDC Form 220, or other Owner-approved form. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
