The County of Northampton is soliciting bids for the Northampton County Parking Deck 2023 Restoration at the parking garage located at the corner of Washington Street and South Union Street in the City of Easton. Performance Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee the payment of all labor, materials, rental costs, etc in the prosecution of the Contract and shall be conditioned for the prompt payment of all such materials furnished or labor supplied or performed in the prosecution of the Contract. A Maintenance Bond, in the amount of fifteen (15%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) years from the date of substantial completion.
