Renovation of an educational facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 257,530-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings. B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. HVAC: Replace HVAC control systems, rooftop air handling systems, pumps/motors, air distribution alterations, and other alterations as specified. D. Electrical Power: Provide motor VFDs, electrical distribution, and other alterations as indicated. E. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Architectural: Interior cutting and patching, ceiling removal and reinstallation, roof patching as indicated. G. Owner will remove the following items before start of work: 1. BSD will recover refrigerant from DX cooling systems indicated for demolition before start of work. The Beaverton School District will receive Bids for ITB 22-0032 for the provision of a General Contractor (GC) for the Southridge High School HVAC Upgrades. This Contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The District requires the project to be completed over the duration of the summer vacation beginning 6/12/2024.
