Site work for a road / highway in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This work shall include, but is not limited to: Grinding or sawcutting uneven concrete panels to a 1:12 maximum slope or flatter and provide a final product that is smooth in texture and free of obstructions. Perform all traffic control and cleanup strategies in compliance with MUTCD and stormwater requirements. The work located herein the contract documents shall be performed during the following working hours and as approved by the City Representative: Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Bennett Ashbaugh at Bennetta@issaquahwa.gov. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for the collective total of the schedule.
