Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oscoda, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Oscoda Area School District (OAS) located in Iosco County, Michigan, requests bids from qualified vendors for a comprehensive flooring solution inside Oscoda High School, 3550 East River Road, Oscoda, MI 48750 and Richardson Elementary School, 3630 East River Road, Oscoda, MI 48750. Current flooring includes carpet and asbestos floor tile. Part of the comprehensive solution will be the removal and disposal of existing carpet and the encapsulation of existing asbestos floor tile. Replacement flooring products should be comprised of one of the following or a combination thereof: 1. FGS PermaShine concrete polish system (or equivalent)* 2. Protect-All Commercial Floor (or equivalent) - Bidders are encouraged to provide price proposals for both installation only (product purchased by the District) and for the acquisition and installation of this product. 3. Commercial Grade Vinyl Flooring Work schedules must begin after June 12th, 2023 and all work must be completed not later than August 13, 2023.
