Briefly, the Scope of Work for this project is to replace all the windows on Floors 2-6 in Stephen Epler Residence (SEH). Portland State University is proposing to replace all the windows on floors 2-6 in Stephen Epler Residence (SEH). The windows have been failing and need to be replaced to keep the rooms occupiable. The Contractor will be responsible for removing/disposing of the existing windows and supplying/installing the new windows along with repairing the exterior and interior as needed to allow for the removal and installation of the windows. Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the solicitation and by the PSU representatives watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) may not be permitted to submit a bid on the project.
