The wallpaper projects generally consist of stripping, removing and disposing of existing wallpaper and installation of new wallpaper. Removal of decorative items, positioning of furniture, etc. prior to wallpaper installation and reinstallation/repositioning after installation may be required. Proper surface preparation is required prior to applying new wallpaper, removal of any surface contaminants that may prevent proper adhesion of wallpaper to various interior surfaces and finishes. Only District approved wallpaper and wallcovering adhesive products shall be used, no other wallpaper or adhesive products will be used without prior approval by the District. The District shall supply the wallpaper and adhesive products. All questions received by 4:00 PM on June 9, 2023 will be considered. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Questions must be in writing and emailed to Crystal Ford-Bellamy at Crystal.Ford@districtgov.org Performance Bond Surety if submittal is for a project bid at $200,000.00 and over. Performance(100%) Supplier shall be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 per day for every day the project is incomplete after the project completion deadline, barring unforeseen circumstances as approved by the District.
