Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Covington, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction, Sewer and Storm Drain Legacy Water Group, LLC has been retained as the Progressive Design Builder for the ASE Water Reuse Facility by Newton County Water and Sewer Authority (NCWSA, Owner). The overall Project includes completion of distribution and collection piping, a new water reuse facility, two pump stations, and two(2) tunnels under Interstate 20. This RFP is specifically limited to the procurement of a subcontractor to Legacy to construct Industrial Wastewater Pump Station(s) No. 1 and No. 2. The Vendor will also participate in preconstruction activities related to value engineering and constructability for the Pump Stations prior to final design. A 5% Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the Proposal. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required at time of contract. Proof of Insurance and Bonding capacity should be included in the Proposal. Insurance requirements are provided in the Document Shared File.
