Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of clearing and grubbing approximately 20 acres, demolition of abandoned streets and infrastructure, earthwork and erosion control to raise the building pad above the floodplain. Questions submitted should be directed to Brian Sinnwell at Engineering@flylouisville.com. Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or satisfactory Bid Bond with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation, to guarantee that if the Bidder's offer results in an Award, the Bidder will furnish all required bonds, insurance certificate(s) and insurance policy(ies) within ten (10) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given, and enter into the Contract within thirty (30) Calendar Days after Notice of Award is given.
