Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of September 6, 2023, project was awarded, start date is middle of November 11 2023 and will be completed by end of this year** Expand existing Riverwalk and construct a fixed pierhead and floating docks. Marine contractor license is required. The city reserves the right to delete any section from the bid as it deems appropriate.
