This facility is the original Chisago County jail and can be described as a 2-story residential type structure with a full basement. b. Demolition and removal of materials, all inclusive, of the Jail facility located at 111 North Main Street. This facility is a one-story facility with a walk out basement and is a masonry/concrete structure built on spread foundations. c. Abatement of hazardous and regulated materials as outlined in attached reports and specifications prepared by American Engineering Testing (AET). d. Disconnection and removal of utilities including fiber-optic. e. Removal of communications tower and back-up diesel generator. f. Removal of site materials including asphalt parking lot material, clear and grub vegetation and trees, sidewalk and curb cuts (Alternate No. 1), wood storage building, exterior stairs and chain link fencing. g. Removal, transportation and disposal of materials in a lawful manner. h. Relocation of brick historical monument. i. Backfill and compact soil to elevations shown. Provide final grading and seed. j.
