Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bid packages include: Excavation and Site Utilities Landscaping Fencing and Gates Rough Carpentry/Finish Carpentry/Drywall Millwork Metal Panels Overhead Doors Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. Wage rates for this Project are subject to both the minimum wage rates as per the Davis-Bacon Act and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act for each classification of work and to the minimum Federal Wage Rates. We wish to encourage your continued participation in DuPage County's procurement process, as this will continue to ensure the County taxpayers that they are receiving the maximum value for their tax dollars. The County of DuPage reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and waive any and all technicalities. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
