The City seeks qualified design teams with highly qualified personnel with extensive experience and expertise having previously provided programming, planning, design, and construction phase services for project similar in purpose to this project. The City's tentative total funding for this project is $4,630,000. $3,100,000 has been established as the budget for construction of the project. All construction and construction management-related services provided by the Firm selected for this project must be provided in accordance with local licensing requirements.
