Reference Number 0000329807 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: Renewal Options Question Acceptance Deadline 09/19/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The major goal of the Consultants efforts under Citys 2023 CDBG Minor Home Repair Program (CDBG-MHRP) is the completion of rehabilitation of twelve (12) income eligible, single-family, owner-occupied homes by December 31, 2024 (each, a CDBG-MHRP Project). Toward this goal, the tasks of the Consultant include but are not necessarily limited to all the Services described in this section, all obligations set forth the Agreement, the processes set forth in the CDBG Minor Home Repair Program Guide (Exhibit A), the MRHP Responsibility Allocation Table (Exhibit B), and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (Exhibit C). Period of Award The term of the contract will be until December 31, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposals deemed most advantageous and in the best interests of the City.
