Toward this goal, the tasks of the Consultant include but are not necessarily limited to all the Services described in this section, all obligations set forth the Agreement, the processes set forth in the CDBG Minor Home Repair Program Guide (Exhibit A), the MRHP Responsibility Allocation Table (Exhibit B), and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (Exhibit C). Period of Award The term of the contract will be until December 31, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposals deemed most advantageous and in the best interests of the City.
