The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for the construction of an irrigation well phase 1 at 4334 Putah Creek Road in Winters CA 95694. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 237110 with a size standard of $45M. This visit provides interested parties the opportunity to inspect the site and formulate any questions.
