As of September 29, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in spring 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000321516 The Town of Estes Park will select an engineering consulting firm to finalize planning, design, bidding, and construction management for the replacement of approximately 31,900 feet of 4”, 6” and 8” watermains in the Carriage Hills subdivision. The selected firm will be expected to assist the Town in developing an implementation plan for improvements in the distribution system within Carriage Hills, develop bid package(s) and solicit/select qualified low bidders, support funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, and manage project construction.
