Project Title: Electronic Cylinder Rekey Project Number: 640-22-112 Project Location: Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 The Contractor shall upgrade the security of 9 regional facilities by replacing the existing mechanical Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) cylinders with electronic SFIC cylinders. The project will include the acquisition and installation of electronic core cylinders, keys, software, key chargers, and remote programmer stations. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of construction for project 640-22-112 is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238290 with a small business size standard of $22 million. Bid bonds, payment bonds, and performance bonds shall be required under this solicitation and any resultant contract. Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 10AM PST.
