PROJECT DESCRIPTION Avgas fuel storage system components include one (1) compartment of the above ground, double wall UL 2085 , saddle of skid mount, fuel storage tank, with a nominal capacity of 6,000 gallons, and one (1) submersible turbine pump and dispenser for refueling (overwing only) of aircraft. A cashier's check, a certified check, a surety bond or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Liquidated damages will be $400.00 per day. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the drawings, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit questions to the Architect / Engineer: LBR Inc. 1802 W Wright Dr Stillwater, Oklahoma 74075 Telephone 405/377-8276 FAX 405 / 377-3297 The value of this project exceeds one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
