The Court House Annex/Marlborough building is located at 934 9th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. Construction Finish August 18, 2023 Contact Information Carolyn Geisert 9703029643 PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of this project is for the complete removal and replacement of the existing clay sanitary sewer line at the above-mentioned building. This will be a turnkey lump sum project and will include all necessary scopes to remove and replace the existing sanitary line. Scopes will include but not limited to, demo, material procurement and or any additional service needed to provide a fully functional sanitary system. 1. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and executing all scopes of work as outlined and specified in the projects contract documents that have been provided during this bid request per the attachments outlined above and this scope of work. This will include but not be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the total scope of work. It is the contractor's responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per the project documents provided.. scgeisert@comcast.net You are hereby notified to commence Work in accordance with the Agreement dated 3/11/23 .
