Rehabilitation of four (4) residential homes in South Sioux City, NE. This work is being nanced through U.S. Dept. Housing and Urban Development -- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NE DED). Contractor and/or subcontractor must hold a current Contractor's license in Nebraska and South Sioux City.
