The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: removal of existing carpet, tile, base cove and replace with new paint, tile, carpet tile, outlet covers, and cove base. Replace existing door hardware on double exit doors. Office lighting, outlets, switch covers, etc. Repair by replacement of the existing HVAC components: Condenser, line sets, bearings and evaporator coil. The contract duration will be 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
