The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing Keene State College (KSC) Athletics, is requesting bids for Athletic Track and Field Equipment. The Owner requires equipment to meet or exceed all specifications as provided. Owner will be the sole determinant as to suitability/acceptability of all submittals. Brochures and detailed specifications must be supplied with submittal. The scope of work is to supply and deliver equipment if appropriate (see Appendix B - Bid Form in Buyer Attachments, including descriptions and quantities) to the specifications provided. All products offered must be new, unused, latest design and technology unless otherwise specified. All pricing shall be FOB Destination. All prices are to include all applicable shipping costs. If there are certain product exceptions, please note Detail any additional pricing incentives, discounts or rebates that may be available such as for large volume, bundled purchases, etc. Describe and provide any product or service warranties. Delivery of all products will be directly to the Keene State College campus in Keene, NH. Supplier will be responsible for delivery, unloading and uncrating of the racks and bridging; as well as removal/disposal of packaging and rubbish. Delivery to be completed no later than six to eight weeks after award, preferably earlier. For equipment requiring installation, a Certificate of Insurance will be required from the awarded vendor prior to entry on campus. Award may be in full, by schedule, item or items, or any combination thereof, whichever is in the best interest of the Owner. Unit prices shall be net and include all costs to supply and deliver and warranty items. In the case of a discrepancy between the unit price and the extended price, the unit price shall prevail.
