*THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE* The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: REQUIREMENT: Automated Pallet Racking System MAGNITUDE: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 NAICS: 541330 - Engineering Services COMPETITION RESTRICTIONS: Total Small Business Set-Aside SOLICITATION: The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or around June 30, 2023 WEBSITE: https://sam.gov DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project will utilize the two-phase design-build selection procedures under FAR Subpart 36.3. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, analysis, design, and construction required to provide a turn-key automated pallet racking system that includes a new HVAC system, electrical service, and modification of the existing fire protection system in the new vault at Western Currency Facility (WCF).
