The City of Red Oak is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, and performing all work required for the: Fox Hollow Estates Gravity Main Improvements 8" Sanitary Sewer Project. The projects include construction of approximately 1,102 LF of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line. The City of Red Oak reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the bids, the City of Red Oak reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable (or "unbalanced") unit prices will authorize the City of Red Oak to reject any bid. The project includes the construction of approximately 1,102 feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer from Valley Ridge Drive through the Red Oak Elementary School property and connecting to the existing 27" Trinity River Authority gravity sewer system. The project includes an open cut of Valley Ridge Drive, removal and replacement of an existing gas line, abandoning and grout filling a section of existing 8" sanitary sewer and all other items as shown in the Fox Hollow Estates Gravity Main Improvements Construction Plans completed by Westfall Engineering dated May 25th, 2023
