Bids are for the construction of a new 2,144 sq. ft., one-story, slab-on-grade, wood frame town hall. No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the bid payable. Successful bidder will be required to post a 100% Performance and Payment Bond or 10% Certified Check or 10% certified check or 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Owner.
