Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Camp Verde, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the asphaltic concrete overlay on Lindahl Road and Bagdad Airport Road in the Bagdad area. The total project length is 9,662 feet with approximately 3,384 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 70-10 binder. Other associated work includes re-established pavement markings throughout the project. Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
