Site work and paving for a road / highway in Minnetrista, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for asphalt patch repair of approximately 3,100 square feet and restriping the parking lot at Whaletail Public Water Access Site in Hennepin County. • Asphalt mill and square off of heavily cracked and broken areas in the parking lot. • Haul, deliver and spread sufficient class 5 to correct the large drop from the concrete ramp to the asphalt section. • Sweep off and prepare for hot mix MV4 asphalt. • Install the hot mix asphalt to be rolled to a smooth finish at 2 inches thick. • Repaint all parking lot lines (approximately 700 LF) with MNDOT spec quality paint including one handicap symbol placed in the far west parking stall (closest to the lake). No cross hatching is needed. The parking lot is to be swept or blown by the contractor prior to painting for the best adherence results. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for asphalt patch repair of approximately 3,100 SF and restriping the parking lot, approximately 700 LF at Whaletail Public Water Access Site in Hennepin County. An amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the Responder entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation.
