Cumberland County is requesting sealed bids for three woven wire fenced grazing area projects. These projects must adhere to Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) specifications. This is a total package project where a general contractor will arrange to complete the installation of all three projects, possibly with other sub-contractors. Failure to bid on all three projects will result in a rejected bid. This project is partially funded through the Cumberland County Countywide Action Plan (CAP) Implementation Block Grant program. Anticipated start date for this project is July 24, 2023, with a final completion date of October 31, 2023. The substantial completion date is September 29, 2023. Each bidder shall provide with its bid a Bid Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth and made payable to the County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid rigging regulations and are required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid.
