The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, processes, equipment, transportation, temporary fencing and services necessary for repairs and resealing of existing pour-in-place (PIP) rubber playground surface. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, processes, equipment, transportation, temporary fencing and services necessary for repairs to install pour-in-place (PIP) rubber playground surface at Mackay Park at 8732 Walker Street, Cypress, CA 90630. LOCATION Mackay Park at 8732 Walker Street, Cypress, CA 90630 WORK SPECIFICATIONS o Furnish all labor, processes, equipment, transportation and services necessary for repairs within existing pour-in-place (PIP) rubber playground surface. o Remove uplifted, cracked, deteriorated, and damaged rubberized playground surfacing in existing pour-in-place surface at Mackay Park. o Remove, inspect and repair base layer buffings as needed, including any repair of previously failed areas. Edges to be cut back and tapered in to maintain a smooth, trip-free transition at access points. o Clean debris on surface and power washing, using approved products to clean surfacing. o Repair approximately 25 square feet (not contiguous) of existing pour-in-place rubberized play surfacing in preparation for roll coat. o Provide and install surfacing maintenance roll coat: TotTurf Refresh Roll Coat, or approved equal as approved by City, over the existing surface material. Application shall be two-layer checkerboard pattern. o Furnish and install approximately 470 LF chain-link fencing with green-privacy screen around project site for the duration of Project. Contractor shall verify exact dimension and no additional compensation will be allowed.
