Site work and renovation of a communication facility in Mitchell, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
The Prime Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the demolition and installation associated with the Tower Safety Project. Demolition work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing handrails, ladder, and obsolete tower attachments, selective demolition of insufficient tower deck, and excavation for new foundation. Installation work shall include new slab-on grade, new exterior staircase, safety handrail, and coating of all exposed wood surfaces associated with the tower safety project scope. Any additional labor, materials, equipment, etc., that is not specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided by the contractor.
