as of September 21, 2023 Alexandria City Public Schools hereby cancels the below referenced solicitation and is planning to reissue a replacement Invitation To Bid for Kitchen and Cafeteria Improvements at the Lyles Crouch Elementary School. ACPS is seeking responses from qualified Bidders for the Kitchen and Cafeteria Improvements at Lyles Crouch Elementary School. This solicitation is a re-bid. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the Kitchen and Cafeteria Improvements at Lyles Crouch Elementary School and all other work shown, described and required in the Agreement Documents (hereinafter referred to as the Project or the Work). The Work shall be performed according to the standards established by the Agreement Documents read together as a single specification. It shall be the obligation of the Contractor to obtain clarification from the COTR concerning any questions about or conflicts in the specifications, drawings and construction notes in a timely way so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The Agreement Documents set forth the minimum Work estimated by ACPS and the Contractor to be necessary to complete the Work. It shall be the Contractor s responsibility, at solely the Contractor's cost, to provide sufficient services to fulfill the purposes of the Work. Nothing in the Agreement Documents shall be construed to limit the Contractor s responsibility to manage the details and execution of its Work.
