Notice is Hereby Given That the City of Cottonwood Heights (Owner) Will Accept Bids for the Construction Work Associated With the Prospector Drive Storm Drain - Project # 001.23 - According to Drawings and Specifications Prepared by the Engineer (ARDURRA), and Described in General as: The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. The work for Project #001.23, Prospector Drive Storm Drain, includes several tasks such as mobilization, traffic control (including maintenance of traffic), inlet protection, removal of asphalt at the intersections of Quicksilver and Timberline Drives, removal of curb and gutters and waterways at the intersections, and removal and replacement (at new grade) of a portion of the sidewalk on the south side of Timberline Drive. Additionally, the project involves the installation of two storm drain manholes and sections of 18" RCP pipe, a single catch basin, double catch basin, raising, framing, covering, and collaring around existing manholes, re-paving according to modified contours, placement of new ADA warning surfaces, and all other related work associated with the construction plan set. All of the work will be done in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer and will meet the Cottonwood Heights and APWA standards and specifications Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
