Carver Hall Exterior Windows Lead Paint Abatement Liquidated Damages: The University will assess liquidated damages to the contractor for failure to comply with the schedule of the work. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at the rate of $250.00 per day for each additional day required to fully complete the scope of work. The contractor shall fully complete all work in the base bid within 84 days of notice to proceed, in accordance with the project specifications in the Summary of Work paragraph, from the receipt of a purchase order from GSU. The university reserve the right to Accept or reject any or all bids, and waive Informalities.
