This Request for Qualifications is issued by the City of Benton to secure a contract that provides the design, development, and construction of a new bike park near Benton's Ralph Bunch community. The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a contract to provide adequate and reliable design and construction services to build the bike trails in the Benton Bike Park as defined herein and shown on the preliminary rendering of the Benton Bike Park. The City of Benton is seeking a contractor to perform design, development, and construction of the bike trails in the Benton Bike Park site located within the City of Benton, Saline County, Arkansas. The site is approximately 15 acres located at the intersection of S Market Street and Willow Street. A preliminary rendering of the bike park has been developed and it is intended the final product will closely resemble this rendering which is available upon request. The scope of work for this project is only the bike trails, other infrastructure will be constructed at a later date and by city or other forces. The project budget is $1,900,000 Complete Construction December 31, 2023 The City of Benton reserves the right to award a contract or reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all informalities associated with this request, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so
